Shelby/Estus Realty Group, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Bruce Shelby and Tom Estus and specializes in the field of commercial retail real estate. Our objective is to provide our clientele with the highest level of individual service through quality representation, superior strategy and timely execution. We are committed to applying our conservative investment strategies in order to maximize the long term profitability of every assignment we undertake.

The current retailing trends in Houston and the surrounding areas have provided significant opportunities for our company. We are a small company, and though the market has tempted us to grow, we have chosen to remain small and work the Texas market and primarily the greater Houston area. We have resisted the temptation to expand our company as we feel that we can provide the best service to our clients by one or both of the partners being actively involved with every project.

Because of the unique and different backgrounds of Tom Estus and Bruce Shelby, we are able to provide services typically not found with other companies within our industry. Specifically, Estus' background in the commercial retail brokerage leasing and sales combined with Shelby's financial and development experience provide quite a unique combination.
