Joe Rollins

Joe Rollins has been with Shelby/Estus
Realty Group, Inc. since 2001. He has been actively involved in the Houston commercial
retail real estate market since 1978 and the Dallas/Ft.
Worth and Austin markets since 1984. He specializes in site
selection, development and acquisition of commercial properties.
Joe has been involved with site selection for major grocery chains such
as The Kroger Co. and Randall's Food and Drugs, in addition to land
acquisitions, shopping center development and sales, Rollins has gained
extensive knowledge of commercial retail development and real estate
markets in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin. By dealing with different
regions Joe has experience with different needs and requirements that
governmental authorities require in the development of commercial retail
projects. He has also been involved in the negotiation of both construction
and permanent loan financing for both retail and warehouse projects.
Joe oversaw all of the real estate activities during the time that Randall's
Food and Drugs expanded its store base from 22 stores to over 100 stores.
Joe began his real estate career with The Kroger Co. in Houston, Texas
in 1978 and joined Randall's Food and Drugs in 1984. He graduated from
Texas Tech University in 1978 with a BBA degree in Management. Joe is
a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
