Bruce Shelby, Chief Executive Officer of Shelby/Estus Realty Group, Inc. and formerly president of Bruce Shelby, Inc., has been a successful professional real estate developer, property manager and financial strategist since 1979. Before entering real estate, Mr. Shelby was a practicing CPA, having worked for national and international accounting firms in Washington D.C., Brussels and Houston.

As a consultant to numerous Texas based developers, Mr. Shelby has assisted in the development and financing of income producing projects, including neighborhood and specialty retail centers, office buildings and multifamily developments. This unique combination of financing, construction and design skills has contributed to the overall success of his clients. The success that Mr. Shelby has enjoyed in the Texas real estate market since 1979 attests to the outstanding quality, service and expertise he brings to the marketplace. His unique understanding of the marketplace and his ability to find solutions to complete problems have enabled his clients to seize opportunities that others have overlooked.

Mr. Shelby received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Georgetown University in 1979 and an International Business Degree from Stichting Nijenrode, Utrect Holland in 1978. He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Texas Chapter of CPAs and is a Texas Real Estate Broker.
