Our Mission

Shelby/Estus Realty Group, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Bruce Shelby and Tom Estus and specializes in the field of commercial real estate. Our objective is to provide our clientele with the very highest level of individual service through quality representation, superior strategy and timely execution. We are committed to applying our conservative investment strategies in order to maximize the long-term profitability of every project we undertake.

Because of the unique and different backgrounds of Tom Estus, Bruce Shelby and Joe Rollins, our team is able to provide services typically not found with other companies within our industry. Specifically, Estus' background in the commercial retail brokerage leasing and sales combined with Shelby's financial and development experience provide quite a unique combination.
